Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 cup Pickle slices drained and patted dry
  • ½ cup All-purpose flour
  • 2 Eggs beaten
  • 1 cup Breadcrumbs Panko preferred
  • ½ teaspoon Garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon Paprika
  • ¼ teaspoon Salt
  • ¼ teaspoon Black pepper

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix flour, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  3. In another bowl, beat the eggs.
  4. In a third bowl, place the breadcrumbs.
  5. Dip each pickle slice into the flour mixture, then the beaten eggs, and finally coat with breadcrumbs.
  6. Place the coated pickles in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
  7. Air fry for 8-10 minutes, turning halfway through, until golden and crispy.
  8. Serve immediately with your favorite dipping sauce.
