- 1 lb Mushrooms cleaned and trimmed
- 1 cup Breadcrumbs
- ½ cup Parmesan Cheese grated
- 2 Eggs beaten
- ½ teaspoon Garlic Powder
- ½ teaspoon Salt
- ¼ teaspoon Black Pepper
Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
In a mixing bowl, combine breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.
Dip each mushroom into the beaten eggs, then coat with the breadcrumb mixture.
Place the coated mushrooms in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
Cook for 12-15 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until golden and crispy.
Serve immediately with your favorite dipping sauce.
