  • 1 lb white fish fillets cut into strips
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 units eggs beaten
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs panko preferred
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon paprika

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Set up a breading station with three bowls: one with flour, one with beaten eggs, and one with breadcrumbs mixed with salt, pepper, and paprika.
  3. Coat each fish strip in flour, then dip in the beaten eggs, and finally coat with the breadcrumb mixture.
  4. Place the breaded fish strips in the air fryer basket in a single layer. Cook for 10 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden and crispy.
  5. Serve immediately with your favorite dipping sauce.
