Air Fryer Falafel Recipe

Falafel Mixture
- 1 cup Dried Chickpeas soaked overnight
- 1 small Onion chopped
- 2 cloves Garlic minced
- 1 cup Fresh Parsley chopped
- 1 teaspoon Ground Cumin
- 1 teaspoon Ground Coriander
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- ½ teaspoon Baking Powder
- 2 tablespoon All-purpose Flour
1. Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
2. In a food processor, combine soaked chickpeas, onion, garlic, parsley, cumin, coriander, salt, baking powder, and flour. Pulse until mixture is coarse and holds together when pressed.
3. Form the mixture into small balls or patties.
4. Place the falafel in the air fryer basket, making sure they are not touching.
5. Cook for 15-20 minutes, turning halfway through, until golden brown and crispy.
6. Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce or in a pita with veggies.
