Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 cup Shredded Cabbage
  • 1 cup Shredded Carrots
  • ½ cup Chopped Green Onions
  • 1 tablespoon Soy Sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Sesame Oil
  • 8 pieces Egg Roll Wrappers
  • 1 cup Cooked Chicken (optional) shredded

Instructions 

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine cabbage, carrots, green onions, soy sauce, and sesame oil. Add shredded chicken if using.
  2. Place a small amount of the mixture in the center of each egg roll wrapper. Fold the sides and roll tightly, sealing the edges with a bit of water.
  3. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C). Lightly spray the egg rolls with cooking spray.
  4. Place the egg rolls in the air fryer basket in a single layer. Cook for 10 minutes, turning halfway through, until golden and crispy.
