Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb Crab meat lump or backfin
  • 1 cup Breadcrumbs
  • ¼ cup Mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Old Bay seasoning
  • 1 Egg beaten
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon juice freshly squeezed
  • ¼ cup Chopped parsley fresh

Instructions 

  1. 1. Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  2. 2. In a large bowl, combine crab meat, breadcrumbs, mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, Old Bay seasoning, beaten egg, lemon juice, and chopped parsley. Mix well.
  3. 3. Form the mixture into 8 patties.
  4. 4. Place the crab cakes in the air fryer basket in a single layer. You may need to cook them in batches.
  5. 5. Cook for 10 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden brown and crispy.
  6. 6. Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce.
