Air Fryer Cornflake Chicken Fingers Recipe

- 2 cups Cornflakes crushed
- 1 lb Chicken Breast cut into strips
- 1 cup All-Purpose Flour
- 2 units Eggs beaten
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Black Pepper
- 1 teaspoon Paprika
Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
Place the crushed cornflakes in a shallow dish.
In another dish, mix the flour, salt, pepper, and paprika.
Dip each chicken strip into the flour mixture, then the beaten eggs, and finally coat with the crushed cornflakes.
Place the coated chicken strips on a baking sheet.
Spray the air fryer basket with cooking spray and place the chicken strips in the basket in a single layer.
Cook for 10 minutes, then flip the chicken strips and cook for another 10 minutes or until golden and crispy.
