  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cut each ear of corn into quarters to create rib-like pieces.
  3. In a bowl, mix olive oil, smoked paprika, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.
  4. Brush the corn ribs with the seasoned oil mixture.
  5. Place the corn ribs in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  6. Air fry for 12-15 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until the corn is tender and slightly charred.
