  • 1 lb large shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • ½ cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 large eggs, beaten
  • ½ cup panko breadcrumbs
  • ½ cup shredded coconut
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Set up a breading station with three bowls: one with flour, one with beaten eggs, and one with a mix of panko breadcrumbs and shredded coconut.
  3. Season the shrimp with salt and pepper.
  4. Dip each shrimp into the flour, then the eggs, and finally the panko-coconut mixture, pressing gently to adhere.
  5. Place the breaded shrimp in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Cook for 8-10 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden and crispy.
  6. Serve immediately with your favorite dipping sauce.
