Ingredients

  • 2 cups Cooked Chicken, shredded
  • 1 cup Salsa
  • 1 cup Shredded Cheese
  • 4 large Flour Tortillas
  • 1 tablespoon Olive Oil

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine shredded chicken, salsa, and shredded cheese.
  3. Place a large spoonful of the mixture in the center of each tortilla. Fold the sides and roll up tightly.
  4. Brush each chimichanga with olive oil.
  5. Place the chimichangas in the air fryer basket, seam side down. Cook for 8-10 minutes or until golden and crispy.
  6. Serve hot with your favorite toppings.
