Ingredients

  • 2 cups Cooked chicken, shredded
  • 1 cup Shredded cheese
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Cumin
  • 1 teaspoon Chili powder
  • 8 pieces Small tortillas
  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil

Instructions 

  1. 1. Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. 2. In a mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, cheese, garlic powder, cumin, and chili powder.
  3. 3. Place about 2 tablespoons of the chicken mixture onto each tortilla and roll them up tightly.
  4. 4. Brush the rolled taquitos with olive oil to help them crisp up.
  5. 5. Place the taquitos in the air fryer basket in a single layer. Cook for 8-10 minutes, or until they are golden brown and crispy.
  6. 6. Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce.
