Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 2 pieces Chicken Breasts boneless, skinless
  • 4 tablespoons Butter softened
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 cup Breadcrumbs
  • 1 cup All-purpose Flour
  • 2 pieces Eggs beaten
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black Pepper

Instructions 

  1. 1. Preheat your air fryer to 180°C (350°F).
  2. 2. In a mixing bowl, combine softened butter and minced garlic. Set aside.
  3. 3. Cut chicken breasts into bite-sized pieces. Flatten each piece with a meat mallet.
  4. 4. Place a small amount of the butter-garlic mixture in the center of each chicken piece. Roll into balls.
  5. 5. Coat each chicken ball in flour, then dip in beaten eggs, and finally coat with breadcrumbs.
  6. 6. Place the chicken balls in the air fryer basket. Cook for 15 minutes or until golden brown and cooked through.
  7. 7. Serve hot and enjoy!
