Air Fryer Catfish Nuggets Recipe

Main Ingredients
- 1 lb catfish fillets cut into nugget-sized pieces
- 1 cup cornmeal
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
- 2 eggs beaten
- ½ cup flour
- cooking spray oil
Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
In a bowl, mix cornmeal, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.
In another bowl, beat the eggs.
Place flour in a third bowl.
Coat catfish pieces in flour, then dip in beaten eggs, and finally coat with the cornmeal mixture.
Spray the air fryer basket with cooking spray. Place the catfish nuggets in the basket in a single layer.
Cook for 10 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden and crispy.
