  • 1 lb Ground beef 80/20 blend
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • ½ teaspoon Black pepper
  • 4 Burger buns
  • 4 slices Cheese optional

Instructions 

  1. 1. Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  2. 2. In a bowl, mix ground beef, salt, and pepper.
  3. 3. Form the mixture into 4 patties.
  4. 4. Place the patties in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  5. 5. Cook for 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway through.
  6. 6. Add cheese slices on top of the patties in the last minute of cooking if desired.
  7. 7. Serve the patties on buns with your favorite toppings.
