Ingredients

  • 1 head Cauliflower cut into florets
  • ½ cup Buffalo Sauce
  • ½ cup All-Purpose Flour
  • ½ cup Water
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika
  • 1 teaspoon Salt

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine flour, water, garlic powder, paprika, and salt to make a batter.
  3. Dip cauliflower florets into the batter, ensuring they are well-coated.
  4. Place the coated florets in the air fryer basket in a single layer. Cook for 15 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
  5. Remove the florets and toss them in buffalo sauce. Return to the air fryer for an additional 5 minutes.
  6. Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce.
