Main Ingredients
- 1 lb Sea Scallops fresh or thawed
- 1 cup Breadcrumbs plain or seasoned
- ½ cup Parmesan Cheese grated
- 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
- 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
- 1 teaspoon Paprika
- ½ teaspoon Salt
- ¼ teaspoon Black Pepper
Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
In a mixing bowl, combine breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
Pat the sea scallops dry with paper towels. Coat them with olive oil.
Dredge each scallop in the breadcrumb mixture, pressing lightly to adhere.
Place the breaded scallops in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
Air fry for 8-10 minutes, turning halfway through, until golden brown and cooked through.
Serve immediately with your favorite dipping sauce.
