Main Ingredients
- 1 lb Shrimp peeled and deveined
- ½ cup Cornstarch
- ½ cup Mayonnaise
- ¼ cup Sweet Chili Sauce
- 1 tablespoon Sriracha
- 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
- 1 teaspoon Paprika
- ¼ teaspoon Salt
- ¼ teaspoon Black Pepper
Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
In a mixing bowl, combine cornstarch, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
Coat the shrimp in the cornstarch mixture.
Place the shrimp in the air fryer basket in a single layer. Cook for 8-10 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
In another bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, and sriracha.
Toss the cooked shrimp in the sauce until evenly coated.
