  • 1 lb Shrimp peeled and deveined
  • ½ cup Cornstarch
  • ½ cup Mayonnaise
  • ¼ cup Sweet Chili Sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Sriracha
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika
  • ¼ teaspoon Salt
  • ¼ teaspoon Black Pepper

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine cornstarch, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
  3. Coat the shrimp in the cornstarch mixture.
  4. Place the shrimp in the air fryer basket in a single layer. Cook for 8-10 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
  5. In another bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, and sriracha.
  6. Toss the cooked shrimp in the sauce until evenly coated.
  7. Serve immediately and enjoy!
