Air Fryer Bang Bang Chicken Recipe

- 1 lb chicken breast cut into bite-sized pieces
- 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
- 0.5 cup flour
- 2 eggs beaten
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 0.5 cup mayonnaise
- 0.25 cup sweet chili sauce
- 1 tablespoon sriracha
- 1 tablespoon honey
Preheat the air fryer to 400°F.
Season chicken with salt and pepper.
Dredge chicken in flour, dip in beaten eggs, then coat with panko breadcrumbs.
Place chicken in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
Cook for 10 minutes, flip, and cook for another 10 minutes until golden and crispy.
In a bowl, mix mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, sriracha, and honey.
Toss cooked chicken in the sauce until evenly coated.
