Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb chicken breast cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
  • 0.5 cup flour
  • 2 eggs beaten
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 0.5 cup mayonnaise
  • 0.25 cup sweet chili sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sriracha
  • 1 tablespoon honey

Instructions 

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F.
  2. Season chicken with salt and pepper.
  3. Dredge chicken in flour, dip in beaten eggs, then coat with panko breadcrumbs.
  4. Place chicken in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  5. Cook for 10 minutes, flip, and cook for another 10 minutes until golden and crispy.
  6. In a bowl, mix mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, sriracha, and honey.
  7. Toss cooked chicken in the sauce until evenly coated.
