  • 4 Russet potatoes
  • 2 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Salt

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Wash and dry the potatoes. Rub them with olive oil and sprinkle with salt.
  3. Place the potatoes in the air fryer basket. Cook for 35-40 minutes, turning them halfway through.
  4. Check for doneness by inserting a fork. If it goes in easily, they are done.
