- 4 Russet potatoes
- 2 tablespoon Olive oil
- 1 teaspoon Salt
Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
Wash and dry the potatoes. Rub them with olive oil and sprinkle with salt.
Place the potatoes in the air fryer basket. Cook for 35-40 minutes, turning them halfway through.
Check for doneness by inserting a fork. If it goes in easily, they are done.
