Air Fryer Bacon Wrapped Scallops Recipe

Main Ingredients
- 12 Scallops large
- 6 slices Bacon cut in half
- 1 teaspoon Olive oil
- 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon Paprika
- to taste Salt and pepper
Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
Wrap each scallop with a half slice of bacon and secure with a toothpick.
Brush the scallops with olive oil and season with garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
Place the scallops in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
Cook for 10-15 minutes, turning halfway through, until the bacon is crispy and the scallops are cooked through.
Remove from the air fryer and let rest for a couple of minutes before serving.
