Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 12 Scallops large
  • 6 slices Bacon cut in half
  • 1 teaspoon Olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika
  • to taste Salt and pepper

Instructions 

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Wrap each scallop with a half slice of bacon and secure with a toothpick.
  3. Brush the scallops with olive oil and season with garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  4. Place the scallops in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  5. Cook for 10-15 minutes, turning halfway through, until the bacon is crispy and the scallops are cooked through.
  6. Remove from the air fryer and let rest for a couple of minutes before serving.
