- 1 can Artichoke Hearts drained and halved
- ½ cup Breadcrumbs
- ¼ cup Parmesan Cheese grated
- 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
- 1 teaspoon Paprika
- 1 tablespoon Olive Oil
- to taste Salt and Pepper
1. Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
2. In a mixing bowl, combine breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, and paprika.
3. Toss the artichoke hearts in olive oil, then coat them in the breadcrumb mixture.
4. Place the coated artichoke hearts in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
5. Air fry for 10-15 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until golden and crispy.
6. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve immediately.
