Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 2 cups Cooked Risotto
  • ½ cup Mozzarella Cheese, cubed
  • ½ cup All-purpose Flour
  • 2 Eggs, beaten
  • 1 cup Breadcrumbs
  • ½ teaspoon Salt
  • ¼ teaspoon Black Pepper

Instructions 

  1. 1. Preheat your air fryer to 360°F (180°C).
  2. 2. In a mixing bowl, combine the cooked risotto, salt, and pepper.
  3. 3. Take a small amount of the risotto mixture and flatten it in your hand. Place a cube of mozzarella in the center and shape the risotto around it to form a ball.
  4. 4. Roll each ball in flour, then dip in beaten eggs, and finally coat with breadcrumbs.
  5. 5. Place the arancini balls in the air fryer basket in a single layer. Cook for 10-15 minutes, or until golden brown and crispy.
  6. 6. Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce.
