  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon sea salt

Instructions 

  1. Preheat air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Wash and dry kale thoroughly.
  3. Remove stems and tear kale into bite-sized pieces.
  4. Toss kale with olive oil and sea salt.
  5. Place kale in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
  6. Air fry for 5 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
  7. Let cool and enjoy.
