Ingredients 

Marinade

  • ¼ cup soy sauce
  • ¼ cup olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon fresh ginger, grated
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice

Instructions 

  1. In a mixing bowl, whisk together soy sauce, olive oil, sesame oil, honey, minced garlic, grated ginger, and lime juice.
  2. Place the ahi tuna steaks in a shallow dish and pour the marinade over them. Let them marinate for at least 30 minutes.
  3. Preheat a grill or skillet over medium-high heat. Cook the tuna steaks for about 2-3 minutes on each side, or until desired doneness.
