Ingredients

  • 1 lb Ahi tuna, sushi-grade diced
  • ¼ cup Soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Sesame oil
  • 1 tablespoon Green onions chopped
  • 1 teaspoon Sesame seeds toasted
  • 1 teaspoon Red pepper flakes

Instructions 

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine soy sauce, sesame oil, green onions, sesame seeds, and red pepper flakes.
  2. Add the diced Ahi tuna to the bowl and gently toss to coat the tuna with the sauce.
  3. Cover and refrigerate for at least 15 minutes before serving.
  4. Serve chilled, optionally with rice or salad.
