Instructions
1. In a mixing bowl, combine the chopped Ahi tuna, beaten egg, panko breadcrumbs, soy sauce, sesame oil, grated ginger, and minced garlic.
2. Form the mixture into 4 patties.
3. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
4. Grill the patties for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until cooked to your liking.
5. Toast the burger buns on the grill for a minute or until lightly browned.
6. Assemble the burgers by placing the patties on the buns and topping with shredded lettuce and sliced tomato.
