Ingredients

  • 1 lb Shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1 cup Lime juice, freshly squeezed
  • 1 Cucumber, thinly sliced
  • 2 Jalapeño peppers, thinly sliced
  • ½ cup Red onion, thinly sliced
  • ¼ cup Cilantro, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon Salt

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a mixing bowl, combine the shrimp and lime juice. Let it sit for 10 minutes until the shrimp turns pink.
  2. 2. Add the cucumber, jalapeño peppers, red onion, cilantro, and salt to the bowl. Mix well.
  3. 3. Serve immediately or chill in the refrigerator for 10 minutes before serving.
