Agua de Jamaica Hibiscus Water Recipe
A refreshing and tangy hibiscus drink, perfect for hot days.

Main Ingredients
- 2 cups dried hibiscus flowers
- 8 cups water
- ½ cup sugar adjust to taste
Bring 4 cups of water to a boil in a saucepan.
Add the dried hibiscus flowers and remove from heat. Let it steep for 10 minutes.
Strain the mixture into a pitcher, discarding the flowers.
Add the remaining 4 cups of water and sugar. Stir until the sugar is dissolved.
Chill in the refrigerator before serving.
